Album has two inner sleeves, which list various Japanese vinyl releases of the Walker Brothers and Scott, John and Gary Walker. Liner notes by "Masaka Niimura, Japanese Fan Club Leader" are also included on the inner sleeves. Track D6 is not listed on the sleeve and is three short statements by Scott Walker, John Walker and Gary Walker as a "Hello" to the Japanese fans.
