4 single-sided 29 x 21 cm sheets with pictures of the musicians and a 12-pages 12" sized booklet, which can be opened as a large poster are included. "Glass Onion" is misprinted on the label side A as "Glass Union". Eric Clapton is uncredited for contractual reasons. The release is a reissue of the original LP from 1968.

A similar Dutch version ([r=20912020) has sliced apple labels on sides B and C, whereas this version has sliced apple labels on sides B and D.
