The catalogue number "EMTC 103" appears on the back cover, labels and spine. The catalogue number "0C 066 ○ 97176" (EMI International cat. number) appears on the back cover. Track A1 is listed as "Death on Two Legs (Dedicated to...)" on the label and as "Death on Two Legs (Dedicated to......" on the back cover and in the gatefold.
