Released with a printed poly-lined inner sleeve (with photos, tour dates and discography), folded color poster (with photos, lyrics and liner notes) and inlayed sticker (BAP - Da Capo, with merchandise ordering form on the peel back). This version is printed in Germany by 4P Nicolaus GMBH, this very similar other version is printed in Holland by EMI Services Benelux B.V. Uden. Writing credit for track A4 is spelled 'Ray Davies' on the label and 'Ray Davis' on the sleeve back.
