 It seems to come with the very earliest German label variation.
 The M45 sign on the label A-Side seems to be totally off centered. It got centered for the next pressing. The slightly off centered M45 on the label B-Side however was kept intact for the following German pressing of this 45. 
Label B says Mona Lisa only
 Of course, the Swiss pressing still seems to rate as the absolute original.
