The front cover shows an image of the group and the rear a red and yellow photo of Hendrix's head; the cover with nude girls only appeared still later.\n\nThough not indicated by the side specification (both records are marked as having an A- and B-side), the release is auto-coupled. Hence the track listing printed on the rear does not match that of the labels.\n\nThe runouts are mostly stamped. On side A and B, the 8 has been scratched through and replaced by an etched 8. The last 2 on side A is etched. On side C the B has been scratched through and replaced by an etched A; the last A is also etched. On side D \"184184 B\" is stamped on a higher line with \"613009 B\" etched underneath, followed by a scratched-out string.
